Canteen

The school's catering provider is Chartwells. Both Byrchall and Chartwells are committed to providing our students with nutritious, balanced and tasty meal options. Not only is this important for developing healthy bodies but it also helps students to learn better in the classroom. The canteen menu can be viewed at the bottom of this page.

Cashless Catering

We no longer accept cash at the tills for school meals, instead cash can be deposited through two cash loaders which are situated in the A10 Corridor. Pupils are allowed to top up their account with cash before morning registration, during break and lunchtimes and after 3.00pm. Pupils are not allowed to top up their account during lesson times.

We also offer an online payment system (WisePay) where parents, if they have access to the Internet, can top up their child's account using a credit or debit card. A guide to using the cashless payment system can be downloaded here and provides information for those who may be concerned about the use of biometric data.
